The immense guitarist PATRICK RONDAT will release his new album, Escape From Shadows, on May 30, 2025 via Verycords. It marks a return to his progressive hard rock roots!
Surrounded by his faithful musicians – Patrice Guers (bass), Dirk Bruinenberg (drums), and Manu Martin (keyboards) – he offers an album rich in orchestrations and soaring atmospheres. With an organic and natural production by Markus Teske (Vanden Plas), this album follows in the footsteps of Amphibia and An Ephemeral World, with an even more orchestral and immersive approach. With Escape From Shadows, PATRICK RONDAT explores new territories while remaining true to his artistic identity. Also, for the first time, is the sung track “Now We’re Home” featuring the magnificent blues-rock vocals of Gaëlle Buswel. Through his albums, his collaborations and his commitment to teaching, he has established himself as one of the most influential guitarists on the European progressive and instrumental rock scene.
