Awesome German guitarist Herman Frank (Accept, Victory and many more) put out his debut solo album “Loyal To None” in 2009. It was a fine release, boasting numerous huge songs including the biblically proportioned ‘Father Buries Son’.

Biggest change this time is the departure of singer Jiotis Parachidis, and the arrival of his replacement Rick Altzi. There isn’t a huge difference in the approach the two guys use – both sound great in a gravelly way – but Rick is arguably in a league above when it comes to raw talent. One listen to his work with At Vance should confirm that.
