This concert was filmed in the summer of 2011 in the spectacular surroundings Arena di Verona, the Roman amphitheater, built in the 30 AD. At this stage of Deep Purple teamed with a full symphony orchestra to represent all of their classic songs. Deep Purple continue to be one of the finest hard rock bands on the planet, and no doubt, appear at their best when performing at concerts.
With vocalist Kevin Chalfant (since replaced by Ronnie Platt) in tow, Shooting Star have put out CIRCLES, yet another of their many great CDs.
