
Duke Jupiter’s sixth album (1984) was the first album released on Morocco Records (Motown’s short-lived attempt to build a rock ‘n’ roll label).
This album returned to the classic rock/R&B format and enjoyed significant success on FM radio, with two songs featured on MTV and an appearance on the television show Solid Gold. The album was produced by Glen Korotkin, known for his work with Joan Jett & The Blackhearts on “I Love Rock ‘n’ Roll,” as well as Santana and the Ramones.
