I started in melodic Heavy Metal when I was 10 years old, then my cousin introduced me to bands like AC/DC and Iron Maiden. Soon after I discovered others like Helloween, Scorpions, Dokken, Yngwie Malmsteen, DIO, among others. It was very difficult to reject the invitation that this music gave me to learn to play the electric guitar and later the keyboard.
Germans rockers DARK SKY released a new album few days ago and many of you asked for their first, debut album which musically is pretty different to the band’s current sound. Originally self-released in 1998 and later reissued by a small label, the album, titled “Believe It“, is pure hook-laden Melodic Rock / AOR with an ’80s feeling.
As requested, here’s the Japanese CD release of IRON MAIDEN concert captured 1981-04-28 at Nijmegen, The Netherlands. There has been a lot of bootleg versions of this show, but none sounds as good as this fresh one titled “Killers On The Loose 1981“.
