Progressive rock, also known as prog rock or prog, is a rock music subgenre that originated in the United Kingdom, with further developments in Germany, Italy, and France, throughout the mid-to-late 1960s and 1970s. It developed from psychedelic rock and originated, similarly to art rock, as an attempt to give greater artistic weight and credibility to rock music.
Frontiers Records will release the album back from Arc Angel, under the title of “Harlequins of Light”, on August 24 in Europe and August 27 in North America.Arc Angel, is a musical of AOR project led the talented Jeff Cannata. The work will feature a total of 12 hymns of the purest AOR, hard rock tinged.Samples of the disc can be heard under the cover of the paper.
