Inspired by the old school Heavy/Thrash Metal,they began to write their first compositions in 2005 and Jon Whiplash joined the band at the end of the year.In order to move toward a more insane music,the band decided to rewrite some old compositions in a more thrashy style.
Charlemagne: By the Sword and the Cross is a symphonic metal concept album by actor and singer Christopher Lee. It was released on 15 March 2010. This is Lee’s first full-length album, having previously worked with such bands as Rhapsody of Fire and Manowar. The album won the “Spirit of Metal” award from the 2010 Metal Hammer Golden God awards ceremony. The award was presented to him by Black Sabbath’s Tony Iommi.

They said in radio that dudes of Ranger wanted to listen really great metal but nobody did good enough, so they started making their own, and I can totally believe in that; this is awesome!
