They are BACK ! After a long sleep, due to the band not only having lost their bassist but at the same time a very close friend, their enthusiasm was thwarted in carrying on as a band. However some years later they awoke from their long sleep, and carried on doing that what their old bassist would probably have wanted them to carry on doing, and that was making music. This tragic loss had also made them stronger, better and more creative in their works, after all they had a good length of time to gather up new ideas for the future! Worth it, it was.

On March 20th, the new studio EP album of RED ROSE band bearing the title ‘Anniversary’, will be released! In the beginning of 2015 RED ROSE are celebrating 5 years anniversary and this new work is made especially for this occasion. The album was recorded at ‘Retro Studios’ in Israel, by Amir Harony & Amos Itach. The job of mixing and mastering was taken by Igor Korolev from ‘KIV Records’ studios, Russia. The front cover artwork was handled by an american artist Trevor Niemann from ‘Visual Entropy’. The album includes 4 brand new songs…
It was only a matter of time before Anneke Van Giersbergen and Arjen Anthony Lucassen went the whole hog with a full-blown partnership. The album concept is a tale of love, loss, and separation told through the story of two fictional seventeenth-century lovers.
