Yesterday we featured Tony Liddle / Lidell lovely album of ’80s recordings, now we bring a rarity and a must listen for fans of ’80s Melodic Hard Rock / AOR: the unreleased 1988 recordings by LIDELL, RUSH & THRALL.
As the name suggests the band was a collaboration between one-time Strangeways / Tygers Of Pan Tang vocalist Tony Liddell, Billy Rush (Southside Johnny & The Asbury Jukes) and the legendary Pat Thrall (Meatloaf, Asia, Hughes/Thrall).

TONY LIDDLE (Strangeways) – Heart’s Desire [10th Anniversary Ltd. Edition +5 bonus] 2009


As requested, here’s ”Heart’s Desire”, the solo album from Scottish singer / songwriter TONY LIDDLE recorded during 1986-1988. TONY LIDDLE is, of course, the original STRANGEWAYS vocalist, heard in the band’s first 1985 album utilizing the name Tony Liddell. Previously he was frontman for SERGEANT, and later TYGERS OF PAN TANG, LIDELL / RUSH / THRALL, and more.
