Album-oriented rock (abbreviated AOR) is an American FM radio format focusing on album tracks by rock artists. AOR evolved from progressive rock radio in the mid-1970s, using research and formal programming to create an album rock format with greater commercial appeal.
A couple weeks ago we featured, as requested, the first album by American singer / songwriter LANCE POWERS, titled ‘Straight From The Heart’, a collection of recordings / demos taped in the early ’90s.

As requested, Extreme’s Superb guitarist NUNO Bettencourt solo album, the now classic ”Schizophonic”, in its Japanese reissue on SHM-CD as part of the Universal Japan series ‘My Generation My Music Hard Rock & Heavy Metal‘, including a bonus track.
