As requested, the one and only album from Glasgow rockers SLIDE, 1989’s “Down So Long“, in its not so easy to find CD pressing, never reissued. Signed by Phonogram / Mercury, SLIDE musical style in the late ’80s had a lot of potential, mixing rock&pop, melodic rock, and even a touch of AOR – not fluffy, but more earthy.
