Hard rock (or heavy rock) is a loosely defined subgenre of rock music which has its earliest roots in mid-1960s garage rock, blues rock and psychedelic rock. It is typified by a heavy use of aggressive vocals, distorted electric guitars, bass guitar, drums, and often accompanied with pianos and keyboards.

Garage pop band from Portland, Oregon, USA, started as a recording project by Tim Connolly (formerly of The Epoxies) with Jessi Lixx, Josephine Jones and Double A on vocals. Later the band expanded to include Petey J Cool (Pure Country Gold) and Howie Hotknife (The Hotknives and ex-Mean Jeans) joined the band. Now a 5-piece, John Cox (Satan’s Pilgrims) joined the band in 2014 and Josephine exited in 2015.
