Glam rock (also known as glitter rock) is a style of rock and pop music that developed in the United Kingdom in the early 1970s, which was performed by singers and musicians who wore outrageous clothes, makeup and hairstyles, particularly platform-soled boots and glitter. The flamboyant costumes and visual styles of glam performers were often camp or androgynous, and have been connected with new views of gender roles.

Stars From Mars – Glam’s Not Dead! 2019


“Glam’s Not Dead!”is the album title chosen by Dazzle Star, lead singer and songwriter for Stars From Mars. The original dazzle line-up was formed in 1988 with a fellow musician, Gizmo. During this time, the band experienced many lineup changes: Dazzle was a constant member and driving force of the band. Even Ariel Stiles, perhaps best known in his time at Pretty Boy Floyd, was once an SFM guitarist.

Pretty Wild – Interstate 13 (2019)


The Swedish rockers of Pretty Wild consisting of the vocalist Ivan Ivve Hoglund, the guitarist of Axl Ludwig, the bass player of Kim Chevelle and the drummer of Johnny Benson will release the long-awaited new studio album Interstate 3 on Black Lodge label on May 31, 2019.
