Glam rock (also known as glitter rock) is a style of rock and pop music that developed in the United Kingdom in the early 1970s, which was performed by singers and musicians who wore outrageous clothes, makeup and hairstyles, particularly platform-soled boots and glitter. The flamboyant costumes and visual styles of glam performers were often camp or androgynous, and have been connected with new views of gender roles.

Chicago’s Uzi is another band that showed a lot of potential, but by the time they relocated to L.A., the hair metal scene was dead. If this band would have made the move five years earlier, they could have made their mark on the music scene. There a quite a few cool rockers on Madhouse that are worth checking out.

Hollywood Groupies is an italian rockband born from a Foxy (singer) and Kelly (guitar) idea in 2006, the female members of the band. Since the beginning Ace is on the drums and, after various line-up experimentations, Condor join the trio on the bass guitar. From 2006 these four guys mature live experience joinin’ various musical events, working with established artists like Vains of Jenna, Adam Bomb and Crucified Barbara.
