Swedish rock band Casablanca has just released a new single called “Hail The Liberation” and is the first taste from the forthcoming studio album which is expected to be issued in September.

“It is the most ambitious album we’ve attempted yet” says Tillison, “our first ever full on concept album which is also our deepest foray into the world of classical/orchestral music that we’ve hinted at before in songs like “Titanic Calls Carpathia”, “The Full Gamut” and “In Earnest” It’s great to know we’ll be staying with the company that’s done us so much good over the years, we need their belief as much as ever.”

Though Ray Manzarek passed away last month, the music that the Doors’ longtime keyboardist was working on prior to his death was released this week.
The album, a collaborative effort with country music slide guitarist/producer Roy Rogers, is called Twisted Tales.
