Doom metal is an extreme form of heavy metal music that typically uses slower tempos, low-tuned guitars and a much “thicker” or “heavier” sound than other metal genres. Both the music and the lyrics intend to evoke a sense of despair, dread, and impending doom.
Bacchus Curse CD- Dustin did all the artwork on it, and there’s some really cool bits, like the album cover on the CD has a metallic sheen, and when you lift it up it’s all blurry underneath except for the mask of Dionysis!

Preachers, the sophomore release from Austin’s My Jerusalem has the rather dark and sinister theme going on in the background.
