US Traditional Heavy Metal quintet, Prehistoria, will release “Cryptic Halo”, their debut full-length album, on February 11th, 2025, via StormSpell Records. The album follows the 2022 release of debut EP, “Cursed Lands”. Prehistoria had this to say about “Cryptic Halo”:

Swedish prog outfit Karmakanic have announced that they will release their brand new album, through Jonas Reingold’s own label, Reingold Records Transmutation, on March 7. “Transmutation, that means something transforms into a new state of being, the universe is in a constant flux so that goes for my music too. Bringing a seed that turns into a bright flower, hopefully not dying too quickly!”

Steampunk metal band FATE GEAR will release a new album on December 18th. Kill the Shadow King comes six months after The Vanguard Of Hades. Like its predecessor, the new album is a hybrid release, containing a mix of studio and live recordings.

Outlasted is a professional rock band hailing from Norway, known for their captivating blend of AOR (Album-Oriented Rock) sound. Formed in 2010 by guitarist Terje Fløyli and keyboard player Odd-Børge Hansen, the band’s unique journey began with the exchange of song ideas through traditional mail, rather than the ubiquitous digital communication we now know as email.
