Black Stone Cherry Black To Blues II 2019 EP
the EP “Black To Blues, Volume 2” fully and completely hits its successful predecessor in the same way. Again six song classics are represented here, this time in the original by Freddie King (“Big Legged Woman”), Robert Johnson (“Me And The Devil Blues”), Otis Rush (“All Your Love (I Miss Loving”)), Howlin’ Wolf (“Down In The Bottom”), Elmore James (“Early One Morning”) and Son House (“Death Letter Blues”).

Eddie Money – Brand New Day 2019

Eddie Money - Brand New Day 2019
This is Eddie Money’s first new album in 15 years. He shows that he still has that recognizable growl and swing while lyrically showing his introspective side. He sings about joy, thankfulness and redemption while holding firm to his roots with that signature sound and NYC swagger.

OZZ - NO PRISIONERS [Rock Candy Remaster] 2019
The two decided to form Ozz as a vehicle that would crystallise their desire to harness the rampant energy of Led Zeppelin and Aerosmith. Issued in 1980 on the Epic label and produced by British whiz-kid Andy Johns (Led Zeppelin, Free, Hughes Thrall) the album is a blistering collection of red-hot hard rock leaning heavily on the Plant/Page and Tyler/Perry call and response axis.

It was an angelic sight to behold. Issued in 1978, recorded in Los Angeles and produced once again by Eddie Leonetti (Legs Diamond, Moxy, Rex) the record packs an impressive sonic punch, easily outpacing their previous works and positioning the band as potential superstars. In a bizarre move, the record was originally titled ‘Bad Publicity’ and had a suitably debauched album sleeve that was in complete contrast to their previous image.

ANGEL – WHITE HOT [Rock Candy Remastered + 2 bonus] 2019

ANGEL - WHITE HOT [Rock Candy Remastered] 2019
It was a polar position reinforced by progressive musical attributes and an image that featured angelic all white costumes. KISS was being sold as bad boys but Angel, like the name suggests, were knights in white satin. Their complex, prog-infused, pomp rock suggested that they were superior musicians cut from a very British-influenced musical heritage, with shades of Yes, Led Zeppelin, Procol Harum and Genesis underscoring their style.
