Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan has announced his next solo album: Cotillions is out November 22 via his own Martha’s Music label.

The song now combines the spirit of the past with the newly found energy that’s present throughout the new album. Several elements in “Blade On Blade” and “Odin’s Fire” were also crafted back in the days.

The band’s singer Martin Gerloff, together with producer Dominik Jahn, spent the last year and a half of the production time mixing and mastering the tracks recorded in Peter Gederts home studio at Heimfarth studio in Simmern. Especially fans of Arch Enemy, Amon Amarth, At The Gates, Dark Tranquility and Co. will be very happy.

Many a lover of the night and darkwavers should be familiar with the project Third Realm around mastermind Nathan Reiner. Founded in 2000, the Darkwave project looks back on a career of almost twenty years and has made a name for itself in the black scene with 10 studio albums. The new album will delight fans of Marilyn Manson, Project Pitchfork, VNV Nation, Blutengel and And One!
