“Revel in Time”, the third album by ARJEN ANTHONY LUCASSEN’S STAR ONE, is both a reaction and a contrast to Arjen Lucassen’s previous album “Transitus” by Ayreon. While “Transitus” is a cinematic experience that could almost be described as a musical, “Revel in Time” is a heavy, very riff-heavy album that focuses more on virtuoso musicality. Similar to its predecessors, “Revel In Time” works as a concept album. All tracks are inspired by different films that deal in some way with the manipulation of time.

There are three outtakes from the sessions for the last album “Earthrise”. In addition, some cover songs that the band recorded in the late 90s for various tribute albums that have long since been out of print.As the icing on the cake, there are also two live tracks from the Sweden Rock Festival 2019, as a reminder of this fantastic performance.

The fans were looking forward to new music after Korn showed an excerpt from “Start The Healing” in an augmented reality filter and last week posters with the band’s iconic logo popped up around the world.

In 1975 Alan co-founded the Alan Parsons Project with Eric Woolfson. The Alan Parsons Project released ten critically acclaimed studio albums and ended in the late 1980s. Since then, Alan has released four albums under his own name. In 1994 he began touring regularly as The Alan Parsons Live Project. Alan was awarded the Order Of The British Empire by the Queen in June 2021.

Heavy metallers Spirits Of Fire have announced their return with new singer Fabio Lione (Angra, Rhapsody), who joins original members Chris Caffery, Steve DiGiorgio and Mark Zonder on their second album “Embrace The Unknown”. Produced by Aldo Lonobile (Secret Sphere, Archon Angel, Sweet Oblivion), Spirits Of Fire pick up where they left off on their debut with “Embrace The Unknown”, with Caffery’s skilled songwriting and fiery fretwork set the tone.

Hostage was REZ 6th studio album, originally released in 1984. This album was a bit of a change in style for the band with songs like SOS and Armageddon Appetite, which left classic Rez fans shaking their heads in wonder.
