“In 1986, Michael Raphael (aka) Nikki Love left the band “Strange Toys”, in which he formed with his brother Steven (aka) Stevie Travis, leaving behind a majority of the songs he had written.

Now ORANGO‘s band releases are concerned, the new album Mohican feels particularly warm, a thread of longing runs through the ten songs. Perhaps this is due to the period of transition and alienation the band was in during the songwriting process.
