A Texas Red Dirt country band based in Houston, Texas, Scooter Brown Band is led by Scott Brown, a former Marine with a combat tour of Iraq under his belt. The band worked steadily throughout the 2010s, building up a regional following that began to crest with the 2017 release of American Son.
