BON JOVI – 7800º Fahrenheit [Japanese 2x SHM-CD Limited Deluxe Edition] (2025)

The Japan Anniversary Association has designed May 21st as Bon Jovi Day, as the day the band’s debut album was released in the country. In celebration, Universal Music Japan reissued their first three albums as limited edition 2xSHM-CD deluxe editions, in a Cardboard Sleeve mini-LP format in 7-inch paper jackets exclusively for the Japanese market.

The package include collectible replicas of the vinyl single record jackets and disc holders with scanned versions of the original 1985 Japanese vinyl single records. These look awesome.
BON JOVI’s 1984 debut was released as Runaway At Dawn in the country, followed by 7800° Fahrenheit in 1985 and the band’s breakthrough 1986 album, Slippery When Wet, renamed Wild in the Streets. Each album includes a number of bonus tracks, including demos, acoustic, and live recordings, exclusive to this Japanese editions.
”7800º Fahrenheit [Japanese 2xSHM-CD Limited Deluxe Edition]” features the album remastered + bonus track, plus an extra disc with an unreleased recording captured at the Shibuya Public Hall in Tokyo, 1985.
