Blackboard Jungle – The Great Hollywood Hustle (2012)

Blackboard Jungle is a hard rock/glam metal band from Los Angeles, California, USA, that was formed in 1990. The band released their debut album in 1992 and recorded their second album in 1995 though not released until 2001.
In the early 2000’s, Blackboard Jungle reunited with all 4 original members (Kenny, Britt, Dave, & Joel) to play a reunion show on their home turf in Hollywood. The show was a success and the band continues to play annual reunion shows to this day. Prior to the 2012 reunion they released “The Great Hollywood Hustle”, a compilation of recordings of which many was recorded at the A&M Studios on Sunset & LeBrea. At the same time in the two studios adjacent were Mötley Crüe then fronted by John Corabi and Trent Reznor’s Nine Inch Nails.
