Founded by twin brothers Jon and Vince Votta (guitar, drums, respectively) ART OF ANARCHY is a sort of Supergroup – when fromed included Scott Weiland (Stone Temple Pilots, Velvet Revolver) on lead vocals, bassist John Moyer (Disturbed), and Ron “Bumblefoot” Thal (Guns N’ Roses) on guitar, producing, mixing and mastering their self-titled debut album “Art Of Anarchy”.

Now Brutal Planet Records is releasing ”Art Of Anarchy [10th Anniversary Edition Remastered]”, as a powerful piece of Weiland’s legacy, the last album / recording from the vocalist originally appeared six months before his death, December 2015.
Remastered in 2025 by Rob Colwell (King’s X, Nevermore) ”Art Of Anarchy [10th Anniversary Edition Remastered]” is benefited by a more balanced sonic output (the original CD was loud and brickwalled at places).
This is the only full-length album to feature Scott Weiland — a moment of brilliance captured just before the world lost one of its most distinctive voices. His performance here is mesmerizing: moody, melodic, and laced with urgency. Including standout tracks like “Til the Dust Is Gone” and “Time Every Time” — the album is loaded with gritty vocals, soaring melodies and modern hard rock muscle.
