ALCATRAZZ – All Night Long Live In Japan 2019 [The Complete Concert] (2025)

Silver Lining Music is about to release ALCATRAZZ ”All Night Long Live In Japan 2019 [The Complete Concert]”, initially as part of the RSD on two vinyl LP, and now on all formats. This recording encapsulates the story of the Alcatrazz live album that never was… until now!

Alcatrazz was booked to perform in Japan in 2019 for a series of shows unlike the band have ever done before. The tour included two sold out nights in Tokyo — “Night one” (TSUTAYA O-EAST, 28th May 2019) would include the classic debut album ‘No Parole From Rock ‘N’ Roll’ performed in full in the intended track sequence the band originally wanted to be released back in 1983.
“Night two” (TSUTAYA O-EAST, 31ST May 2019) would include Graham Bonnet’s Rainbow era album ‘Down To Earth’ performed in its entirety. So this show was in fact Alcatrazz covering Rainbow.
The place was packed for these two unforgettable shows and now you can experience some of the magic from those special nights as Alcatrazz release ‘All Night Long In Japan 2019’. This gem has two opposing front covers for the LP version with artwork inspired by Rainbow’s ‘Down To Earth’ and on the flip side, the notorious ‘No Parole From Rock ‘N’ Roll’ album artwork.

Due to space restrictions, the LP’s can’t pack the entire shows, as ALCATRAZZ performed more songs. This digital version with the added title ‘The Complete Concert‘ includes the full, 28 songs.
Produced by Giles Lavery and Jimmy Waldo, the two records feature Graham Bonnet on vocals, Joe Stump on guitars, Jimmy Waldo on keys, Gary Shea on bass, and Mark Benquechea on drums.
