Tarja Turunen – Act 1 [2012, 2 DVD]

The Finnish classical vocalist and former lead singer of the metal band, Nightwish, captured live in performance in Rosario, Argentina in 2012. The combination of Turunen’s lyric soprano voice and the speedy riffs of Nightwish have led many to credit them with creating a new musical genre; symphonic metal. Turunen departed the band in 2005 but continues to perform and record music. Among the songs she plays during her Rosario show are ‘If You Believe’, ‘Dark Star’ and ‘Until My Last Breath’.
