Pain City was started in Oslo Norway in 2016 by guitarist and singer Stian Krogh. Petter Haukaas joined the team on drums and Morten Nilsen on bass and the trio quickly found their own sound and way on their musical journey and within a year came the debut album “When Life Gets You”.
Born and raised in Burbank CA, Cody McKenna picked up the guitar at age 14 and never put it down. Self taught, he began to immerse himself in the music of bands such as System of a Down, Coheed & Cambria, Van Halen, and Dream Theater, as well as many others who have influenced his playing and writing style. He is a founding member of the prog bands ALL HAIL, Bloodhound, and The Circle of Wonders.
