Hailing from Thessaloniki Greece, songwriter, guitarist and bassist, Babis Kaisas started finding his way into the spotlight sometime around 2006, through his project/band called Zandem, that featured in various key roles, the original Shy (England) drummer, Alan Kelly.Having teamed up with two Americans this time, singer Mark Evans (Heavens Edge) and drummer Allen Brunelle (Mystic Force, Raughhousen) he started work on the second Kaisas album.

Kaisas’ ‘Unify’, it’s a old skool melodic metal project by guitarist Babis Kaisas from Greece. There’s however a twist to the story, a rather profound U.K. connection as the album feature Tony ‘Grrrreat’ Mills (SHY, TNT) on lead vocals. Add to this a vivid drummer from Brazil (Acacio Carvalho) and it’s suddenely a very international project with its sound firmly rooted into the eighties melodic metal scene.

This German hard rock band, which also has the sleazy / glam rock sound in his just released independently their newest album titled “From Nothing to Now”, about 19 ??yearsafter his debut album titled “Nothing Better than your …” 93.
This is the kind of band that plays music even for love, never achieved greater recognition in the scene unfortunately, and even after this hiatus of several years backare proving that they play for love of music.
